Banafsheh Bayati MD, Inc.

Dr. Bayati is board certified by The American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology. She is a fellow of The American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

Her office team includes two medical assistants who are expert phlebotomists. The office supports a full blood draw station for annual and obstetrical labs as well as genetic testing. A microbiology lab allows for rapid urine, vaginal and cervical culture results.

We offer mercury free flu vaccine, Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis-whooping cough) vaccine, and the Gardasil 9 vaccine. For convenience we also stock TB tests.

The office houses a colposcopy and LEEP machine for the evaluation and treatment of abnormal Pap smears. A DEXA bone density scan allows for osteoporosis screening and multiple ultrasound machines for abdominal and pelvic evaluations. Our fetal heart monitoring allows for non stress testing in the office. The Mona Lisa Touch Laser is available for vaginal rejuvenation.

Dr Bayati serves on the perinatology committee at both Providence Saint John’s Health Center and UCLA/ Santa Monica Hospital. She has hospital privileges at both of these hospitals as well as at the Surgery Center of the Pacific. She is contracted with Anthem Blue Cross PPO group and individual plans, Cigna and Aetna PPO plans.
